Ordering Process

 

 

    • The first step is to browse through my website to see the samples of the eclectic and one of a kind products that I offer.  Once you have decided how you want to announce your special event, please fill out the form provided at the bottom of each page.  Make sure to include any special requests at this time.  Please let us know what layouts, papers and/or elements you prefer when placing your order.  This will guide us in the right direction as we begin the design process.  If you are looking for a specific theme and do not see it on our site, just ask.  We may be able to accomodate you.  (additional charge may apply if new products must be purchased to fill your request)

    • After submitting your order, please email the photo(s) of your choice to amyscustomgreetings@yahoo.com. *Please remember for best picture quality send pictures in a .jpeg file at 300 dpi or higher.  If scanning, please scan your pictures at a 600 dpi. If you desire cropping, b&w / sepia conversions, please submit the full color images, and simply state your requests when filling out the order form.

 

 

    • You may also mail pictures directly to me.  Just EMAIL ME to get mailing information.  Your pictures will be safely returned with your order.   
    • By submitting photo’s you are agreeing that you own the rights to the images and are not infringing on any copyrights from other companies or studios.  Amy’s Custom Greetings will not be held accountable for images sent that may infringe upon the copyrights of others.
    • Within 24 hours you will receive an email confirming that I have received your order information and pictures.  Payment must be made in full at this time.  I will send you an invoice via email.  I also accept personal checks & money orders.
    • Within 7 business business days OR LESS you will receive a proof via email.  If you have a tight deadline we are happy to RUSH your order.  Additional charges may apply.  Please inquire.  During peak seasons, such as Christmas, proofs may take longer than 7 days.
    • Be sure to look carefully at your proof so any changes can be made at this time.  We will revise up to three times to guarantee customer satisfaction.  If asked to start from scratch, an additional $30 labor fee will be applied.  Once your final proof has been approved by the customer, any changes, modifications or reprints are at the customers’ expense.
    • Once your order is printed it usually takes less than one week for you to receive it.   Premium orders may take longer. Peak seasons, such as Christmas may take longer.  Please inquire about shipping upgrades.  International orders are accepted but ALL shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.  Please bring this to our attention when you place your order.
    • Orders will be printed with www.amyscustomgreetings.com in a small font.
    • Final Step:  Enjoy the reaction you get from family and friends when you share your custom greeting with them!
